We are proud to share that 54 Elsik High School teachers have earned Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) designations in recognition of their superior teaching. The Teacher Incentive Allotment is a Texas program that rewards highly effective educators for their impact on student growth and classroom excellence.
This achievement means that one out of every three classroom teachers at Elsik High School has received a TIA designation—an incredible reflection of the talent and dedication of our staff. We are extremely proud and deeply grateful for these educators and their service to our students and community.
Additionally, Elsik High School earned a high number of TIA designations among all campuses in Alief ISD. Of the 653 teachers recognized across the district, nearly one in 10 teaches at Elsik High School—an outstanding accomplishment.
